영문 초록

This discurtion of the large-family system brought extinetion on the family system and led to the realization for the dignity of human beings and equality of both sexes. By the way, in the nuclear system if man and woman get married of their own accord, a couple make a home separate from their parents or family. Out of this many problems on the support of old parents arise in the home as well as the society. At present, an economic condition (destitution), inactivity (have nothing to do), disease a mental troubles (solitude) of the old becoming on issue in the home as well as the society. The state or family are bound to responsible for the old of this sort. What is important in this, however, the provisions of the civil code apply to first of all the old who stand in need support. Soto speak, the principles of private support first should be applied, of course, a public assistance does function well to one, are not capable of private support. The main focuses of these maintenance of living, assistance of living, public assistance, public support, t。be turn support in civil law on maintenance of living, but in case where there not exist a person under duty to furnish support the state is in duty bound to assistance by establishing an asylum for the old at its own responsibility. The state should be endeavored to support the old, not exist a person under duty furnish support for them, by establishing a standard asylum for the old etc. In this dissertation I supposed some proposals above. However I expect that the other's study will be produced in respect to insufficiency and a more disirable system.
