국문 초록

본 연구는 비영리조직의 성과측정지표를 BSC관점에서 도출-학습조직 및 내부 활동, 재무적 성과, 이해관계자 성과, 비전 및 목표 성과 등 네 가지 성과관점간의 인과관계를 파악함으로써 BSC가 비영리조직의 성과측정시스템으로서의 적용 가능성을 검증하고자 하였다. 실증분석결과를 토대로, 비영리조직의 성과관점들 간의 인과관계를 확인할 수 있었으며, 그 중에서도 학습조직 및 내부 활동이 재무적 성과와 이해관계자 성과의 매개효과로 인하여, 비전 및 목표 성과에 미치는 총체적인 효과가 통계적으로 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 조직의 학습 및 성장, 구성원의 교육 및 내부 활동의 체계구축이 조직의 비전 및 목표 성과를 제고시킬 수 있는 요인임을 파악할 수 있었다. 또한 BSC도입이 비영리조직의 장기적인 발전에 기여할 수 있다는 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다.

영문 초록

This study presents performance measurement indexes which accommodate the performance of Non-profit organization based on the perspectives of BSC. And they were analyzed to assess causal relationship among the four perspectives-learning organization & business process, stakeholder performance, financial performance, and vision & mission performance in order to investigate a possibility of application as performance measurement tool in non-profit organization. The result showed the causal relationship among the performance perspectives is statistically significant, and therefore the research hypotheses were all accepted. The implication of this study is the effort to implement learning organization, business process innovation system might improve the organizational vision and mission performance and furthermore, it can be considered that the government needs to institute policies to promote balanced performance measurement system for non-profit organization in order to secure a long term development of the organization.
