영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to propose a expression-centered model, a methodology of educational philosophy and counseling, that is established on Raabe's philosophical counseling methods and Dewey's reflective thinking counseling methods. The Express-centered model consists of 6 stages: Free talking, Problem identification, Emotion expression, Thought expression, Expression education, and Introspection. This model is assumed that expression leads to introspection and to self-realization. It helps philosophical introspection of the client to overcome difficulty of mind and the ways of meeting an existential problem of life to modern people. Finally, the implications of the study and the competence of counsellor are discussed.
