국문 초록

이 연구에서는 사범대학 교육학과 여대생들이 어떻게 행복을 추구해 가는지에 관해 Strauss와 Corbin의 근거이론 접근으로 탐구했다. 10명의 참여자들을 유의표집해서, 2개월에 걸쳐 구조화된 심층면접에 의해 얻은 원자료를 개방코딩ㆍ축코딩ㆍ선택코딩했다. 상자도형의 분류체계분석을 주로 사용했다. 서울 소재 S 여자대학교 3, 4학년 교육학전공 여대생들을 연구대상자로 삼았다. 연구결과 135개의 개념, 65개의 하위범주, 16개의 범주가 도출되었다. 근거자료를 범주화, 패러다임 구조분석을 통해 결과적으로 ‘행복 그림과 이미지 완성하기’ 라는 핵심범주가 만들어졌다. 여대생들의 행복추구과정은 반성→인식→변화→실천→완성의 단계로 분석되었다. 행복추구 유형은 성과주도형ㆍ관계지향형ㆍ안정추구형ㆍ신중분석형으로 해석되었다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to figure out the process of female college students’ pursuit of happiness. Results: The results of the analysis were as follows; Firstly, through the available data, it selected a total of 134 concepts, 65 subcategories, and 16 categories in open coding. Second, with the six paradigm axes of causal condition, contextual condition, central phenomenon, intervening conditions, actions/interaction strategies, and consequences, it clarified what kind of relationship each of these categories would form and develop. Third, through undertaking the overall story outline, the core category of ‘to complete the picture and the image of happiness’ was formed. By structured model, patterns of happiness pursuit were suggested. And research participants went through five stages: the stage of reflection, the stage of recognition, the stage of change, the stage of practice, and the stage of perfection. Core essence is the happiness pursuit types that are categorized as performance type, relations type, stability type, and analysis type. Conclusions: By understanding women’s experience with the pursuit of happiness, we will be able to propose the grounded data for the processes including strategies, outlines, pictures, and images which can make an affirmative happiness of future.
