국문 초록

본 연구는 어린이집 보육교사들의 성격 등 제반 개인 특성적 요인에 따른 혁신자적 인지형태 수준의 차이를 확인하고, 조직문화와 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인된 혁신자적 인지형태가 조직신뢰에는 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 혁신자적 인지형태와 조직신뢰 사이에서 감정적 애착은 매개 효과를 보이는지에 대해 검증하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 통상적인 인식과 달리 연령, 학력, 경력 등의 개인 특성적 요인에 따라 혁신자적 인지형태의 차이는 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 보육교사 성격의 선호지표별로는 외향형(E), 감각형(S), 감정형(F), 판단형(J)이 많았으며, 성격유형별로는 ESFP유형이 가장 많은 것으로 파악되었다. 이러한 성격에 따른 혁신자적 인지형태의 차이는 에너지의 방향, 판단기능 선호지표 상에서만 있는 것으로 규명되었다. 셋째, 혁신자적 인지형태는 동료신뢰와 기관신뢰에 유의한 수준에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만 감정적 애착은 매개요인으로써 작동하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과에 근거해 적절한 인사ㆍ조직관리 측면의 시사점을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study is based on personality of child-care teachers and the innovator cognition style who confined the difference between a form of multilateral level. Innovator cognition style is verified electronically affect the organizational culture and commitment, which impacts on organizational trust verification. And analysis about mediated effect of the affective attachment between innovator cognition style and trust in organization. In conclusions, derived from the verification process. First, unlike the commonly recognized age, education, experience depending on the nature of the individual differences in the form of innovation is not electronically. Second, the nature of teachers' prefer to indicators Extroversion, Sensing, Feeling, Judging. ESFP personality type that was identified with the most. The multilateral nature of innovation is due to the difference in the form of energy, direction, judgment function in preference indicators that have been identified. Third, innovation is a form of multilateral institutions, colleagues trust at a significant level of trust had a positive impact. So finding about affective attachment not mediated effect between innovator cognition style and trust in organization. In this study contributes the appropriate personnel and organizational management perspective advise.
