단군신화 백일(百日)에 담긴 배움과 장애인평생학습의 의미

국문 초록

이 연구는 단군신화의 백일(百日)을 통해 장애인에게 내재된 배움의 본능과 장애인평생학습의 의미를 고찰하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 단군신화의 三七日(21일)은 배움의 본능이 장애인을 포함한 모든 이에게 주어져 있음을 의미한다. 이는 배움의 욕구와 배움력이 장애인에게도 일반인과 동일하게 존재하고 있으며, 특수교육이 페다고지적 교육 패러다임을 넘어 새로운 방향으로 전환해야 함을 전해주고 있다. 둘째, 단군신화의 백일(百日) 중 79일은 모든 장애인을 포함한 모든 인간이 평생 동안 학습하는 과정을 의미한다. 이를 평생학습과정이라고 볼 때 장애인이 이 과정에서 결코 소외되어서는 안 된다. 단군신화는 배움의 기회와 평생학습에 대한 권리가 특정인에게 주어진 전유물이 아니라 모든 이에게 주어져 있으며 장애인도 평생학습 존재임을 전해주고 있다.

영문 초록

This study comes to the conclusions as follows: First, 21 days in Dangun-mythology means that the instinct of erudition is given to everyone including individuals with disabilities. It conveys that the desires of erudition and the force of erudition exist in individuals with disabilities as equally as in the general public, and that special education should turn to a new direction beyond pedagogical educational paradigm. Second, 79 days of 100 days in Dangun-mythology indicates the process of lifelong learning for everyone including individuals with disabilities. While it is considered as the process of lifelong learning, individuals with disabilities should never be alienated from the process. Dangun-mythology conveys that the opportunity of erudition and the right for lifelong learning are not possessed exclusively by specific people, but by everyone, and that individuals with disabilities can also get lifelong learning.
