국문 초록

본 연구는 지역사회복지 네트워크조직의 지속적인 복지실천 의도가 지역사회 복지서비스 증진에 중요한 역할을 수행한다는 관점에서, 이들간의 교환관계에 직접 영향을 미치는 관계규범 요인을 도출한다. 또한 이들 간의 효과적인 관계강화 방안 도출을 위한 신뢰, 관계결속, 관계자산의 역할을 규명하며, 이들 요인들이 지역사회복지 네트워크조직의 합리적 관리를 위한 조직성과 향상에 미치는 영향력을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 이를 위해 경로모형을 개발하고, 지역사회 복지네트워크조직 구성원을 대상으로 실증분석을 하였다. 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같이 요약된다. 첫째, 지역사회복지 네트워크 조직 관리담당자인 사회복지사의 관계규범과 지각된 신뢰와의 관계에서, 유연성, 단결성의 관계규범요인들이 지각된 신뢰에 모두 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지역사회복지 네트워크조직의 관계결속은 지역사회복지 네트워크조직의 관계자산에 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 사회복지사와 지역사회복지 네트워크조직 간의 관계결속은 지역사회복지 네트워크조직 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 넷째, 지역사회복지 네트워크조직의 관계자산은 조직성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 이와 같은 결과는 교환관계에 있는 사회복지사와 지역사회복지 네트워크조직은 서로 상대방에 대한 이타적인 관계를 형성함으로써, 상호 균형적인 관계를 통해 지역복지의 지속성을 창출하고 이것의 조직성과 향상을 위한 원동력이 될 수 있음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study was tried to finding out that analyzing the main cause of relations between social workers and network organizations of community welfare to influence on improvement and coordination for rational management of network organization of community welfare. The cause-and-effect relationship was analyzed through the structure equation model. It may be summarized as follows. First, it appeared that social worker's factors of relationship norm have a positive effect on the social worker's trust. Second, it showed that the relational bond between the social workers and network organization of community welfare have a positive effect on relational assets of the network organization of community welfare each other. Third, it represented that the relational bond between the social workers and network organization of community welfare has a positive effect on outcomes of the latter. Forth, it is said that the relationship assets of the network organization of welfare has a positive effect on organizational performance. Fifth, it appeared the relationship norm the social workers recognize importantly would be the perlocutionary role by the social worker's faith recognized. Those results suggest that it need to research actively about the multidimensionally route relation like social, psychological, financial and so on the relation between the social workers and network organization of community welfare.
