국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 기술혁신 프로세스 모델을 검정하는 것이다. 연구에서 사용된 기술혁신 프로세스 모델은 자원기반이론에 근거하여 혁신인프라자원, 기술혁신역량, 혁신성과 간 인과관계로 구성된다. 기술혁신 프로세스 모델의 개념을 측정하기 위해 본 연구에서는 선행연구에서 활용된 측정항목을 선택하였고, 우리나라 중부지역의 제조기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 292부의 설문지를 회수하였다. 구조방정식모델을 활용하여 신뢰성과 타당성, 경로분석을 실시하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 최고경영자의 지원은 기업문화 및 외부네트워크에 긍정적 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 기업문화 및 외부네트워크는 각각 전략계획역량, 연구개발역량, 기술사업화역량에 긍정적 영향을 준다. 셋째, 전략계획역량과 사업화역량은 기술혁신성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치지만 연구개발역량은 혁신성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the technology innovation process model. The technology innovation process model is based on resource-based theory, and consists of causal relationships among innovation success factors, technological innovation capability, and innovation performance. In order to measure the constructs in the technology innovation process model, this study selected the measurement items in previous studies and conducted a survey of manufacturing firms in Korea central region. 242 valid surveys were returned. Using the survey data, this study tested reliability and validity of survey items, empirically examined the technology innovation process model with a structural equation modeling. The results are as follows. First, CEO support had significant positive effects on business culture and external networks. Second, business culture and external networks respectively had significant positive effects on strategic planning capacity, R&D capacity, and technology commercializing capacity. Third, strategic planning capacity and commercializing capacity respectively had significant positive effects on innovation performance, but R&D capacity had not significant effects on innovation performance.
