국문 초록

오늘날 경제가 왕성하게 발전하면서 중국의 고대 디자인과 공예 및 조물, 그리고 전통 경영 형태, 이들 사이의 관계에 대한 담론은 나날이 이목을 끄는 문제가 되고 있다. 부분적으로 ‘디자인학’의 구현적 범위 안에서 이미 얼마간의 전문 서적들이 출판되어있다. 하지만 고대로부터 단절된 현대의 구체적인 디자인과 경영은 ‘거짓된 명제’ 같은 올가미에 깊이 침투해 있고 열중하고 있다. 결국 고대의 실제 사물은 단지 역사상의 재건 혹은 추측된 가정 안에서만 보존될 뿐이다. 그러나 발걸음이 중단되지 않기 위해, 여전히 다른 경로를 절실하게 탐구한다. 이를테면, 최대한 전반적이고 사실적으로 생산과 제작의 공정을 번거로이 복원할 뿐 아니라, 사상이론 측면에서, ‘경영사’ 및 철학사와 사상사 각 분야의 연구 성과를 바탕으로, 그 상호보완의 논리 맥락을 전력으로 보충하여 완전하게 윤곽을 다듬어 낸다. 우리가 결코 잊어서 안 되는 것은 ‘중국 디자인 경영’의 연구가 최종적으로는 소위 ‘오리엔탈리즘’이라는 옥토와 동맹의 나락 위에서 침몰하지 않도록 해야 한다는 것이다.

영문 초록

China today, apart from the booming economy, in different social groups, the discussions around the ancient design, crafts and creations, and the relationship between the behaviors of traditional management have increasingly evolved into some big hot spots. In some ways, the Design practice field, has published a number of these topics on its booklet. However, as the breaking with the ancient times, modern and specific Design directly cutting into the so-called “Classical Management”, will easily fall into a kind of "pseudo-proposition" trap. After all, the real thing that can only live in the ancient history, may just be retained in the reconstruction and imagination’s assumptions. However, to avoid stumble, we still need to re-invent new ways, such as fully as possible, truly, and without any hesitation to take the chance to rehabilitating the Classical Productions, and the Classical Producing Processes. As well as on the ideological and theoretical level, today, some results also should relying on the Management History and the "Philosophy - Ideology History" research, and the first step still need to fully sketch out theirs logical context. Only in this way, "Chinese Classical Design Management" research, can finally not to become a so-called "Orientalism" or "non-sense" fertile ground. However, on the more micro level, perhaps two issues deserve further described, they are "Personnel - Human Resources" and "Control". However, they are described in the Confucianism, Taoism, Legalists, and Mohist School, but there is one “military commander”, School of Military Strategies, as epitomized above two aspects of thought, and still necessarily need more in-depth studies. In fact, including the following that also will be discussed, School of “farmer - Agriculturalists”, and School of “physicians - Traditional Medical Scientists”, they are indeed the fundamental theory sources tank for all future generations of classical design and management practices. It can be said, they are either directly or indirectly have the varieties of associations in between.
