영문 초록

The crime victims first come into contact with an investigation agency in the judicial system. If so, the criminal investigation team acquires a source of intelligence, according to the victim statement of an opinion. In addition to, it is necessary for ones own advocating and an apt safeguarding, a thoughtful consideration to relieve the pain. On this, a study suggests the improvement of the victim's right, forensic science, criminal case mediation, magnification of the civilian agency for the protection of victims in the investigation stage. This paper is chiefly focused on the police in investigator's service in the preliminary investigation. Its proper respondence has an effect on the victim's rapid restoration from an impact. According to the amendment of the criminal procedure law, the victim's right protection is elevated in the investigation stage. These various changes are expected in the investigation process. Of course, this general trend of changes is advisable. The principal issue of the protection system for victims can be viewed in criminal procedure protection. But, The enlargement of forensic science is more important because of the infringement of the victim's authority and privacy beyond necessity in practice. According to theory of the investigation stage, what is most important in practice is the forensic science. The scientific crime detection has begun with the actual spot. At the same time, It is a scheme for victim's restitution. and We will be able to decrease the shock and the pain bereaved families and our society.
