어린이집의 위험관리 실태요인 분석과 시사점

국문 초록

본 연구는 SHELL모델 위험관리 요인 분석의 틀에 적용하여 어린이집 위험관리 적용을 연구하였다. 본 연구는 최근 어린이 집의 사건사고 방송내용을 위험관리 분석 대상으로 실시하였다. 자료 수집 기간은 2011, 10부터 2012, 7월 동안 방송된 어린이 집 사건사고 중 총5개 case를 위험관리 분석의 틀 사례로 활용하였다. 소프트웨어(S)는 어린이집의 조직이나 기관행정, 보육교사 교육제도, 보육서비스 절차 , 각 서비스 매뉴얼 유무 등 시설 내의 시스템에 관한 것이며, 하드웨어(H)는 어린이집 건물이나 설비장비 및 기계에 관한 것이며, 환경(E)은 이용 어린이의 생활환경이나 보육교사의 근무환경에 관한 것이며, 인간(L)은 보육교사의 지식ㆍ기술ㆍ심리적 요인뿐만 아니라 어린이 본인의 일일 심신 상황 및 가족 등에 관한 것이다. 어린이집 교사 중 위험관리를 담당할 수 있는 종사자 중에 위험관리 매니저로 선정하여 위험관리에 대한 교육을 이수하도록 하여 교육을 이수한 위험관리 매니저는 시설의 종사자를 대상으로 위험관리에 대한 사전 교육과 사후 교육을 철저하게 교육을 시키고 만일에 대비하여 사전에 위험관리에 대한 예비 훈련 등을 실시하고, 또한 종사자, 이용자의 고충상담을 통해 위험요인을 제거하는 노력을 해야 한다.

영문 초록

Loring home teachers selected and trained on risk management to risk management as a manager trained workers will be responsible for the risk management of risk management, the workers of the facility manager for risk management pre-training and post-thorough education and training, and conducted preliminary training on risk management in advance, just in case, and also should make efforts to eliminate the risk factors through counseling services for workers, users.
