국문 초록

우즈베키스탄은 유럽과 아시아를 잇는 지리적 요충지로써 현대화 속도가 매우 빠르며, 물류 발전 가능성이 매우 크다. 또한, 정부의 산업현대화 정책과 나보이 프로젝트의 추진은 우즈베키스탄의 물류 발전에 더욱 큰 계기가 될 것으로 예측 된다. 본 연구에서는 우즈베키스탄의 물류 정책과 물류현황 및 물류 인프라를 알아보고, 우즈베키스탄 물류의 문제점과 해결방안을 제시하고자 한다. 즉, 우즈베키스탄의 주요 물류 인프라인 도로, 철도, 항공 각 분야의 정책 및 물류현황을 분석하고, 그 문제점을 파악하고 실질적인 발전방안을 모색함으로써 우즈베키스탄의 물류를 발전시키는데 기여하는 것을 연구 목적으로 한다.

영문 초록

Uzbekistan is a geographically strategic point between Europe and Asia. The rapid modernization of the logistics industry is in progress. Also, the government in promoting the modernization of industrial policy and Navoiy plan will give the logistics to bring about greater development opportunities. This paper examines policy of logistics, the present condition of Logistics and Logistics infrastructure in Uzbekistan. Also, this paper suggests plan for the ways to develop the logistics. To that purpose, the paper analyze to each sector to industrial policy of Road, rail, aviation and find a practical development plan. The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the activation of Logistics in Uzbekistan by studying the current situation and problems and Solutions of Logistics in Uzbekistan.
