용담호 조성에 따른 국지기상변화의 평가

국문 초록

본 연구는 용담호 건설에 따른 국지기상 변화를 평가하기 위하여 수행하였다. 이를 위해 풍향, 풍속, 기온, 습도 및 강수량, 안개일수, 일조시간 관측자료를 용담댐 건설 전(1988~1992), 건설 중(1993~2000), 건설 후(2001~2003)로 구분하여 정리하였다. 대규모 수체인 용담호의 조성은 주변지역에 영향을 미치게 되어 금산 및 장수 등 주변지역에서의 주풍이 북풍 계열 바람으로 변화되었고 평균기온의 급격한 변화는 관측되지 않았으나 약 30℃ 수준의 최고 · 최저기온 편차가 약 20℃ 수준으로 감소된 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 금산지역은 용담호가 조성되는 과정에서 습도의 감소, 약 1.5배의 안개생성일수 증가 및 600여 시간의 일조시간이 증가한 것으로 나타났으며, 징수지역은 10% 수준의 습도증가, 150여일의 안개생성일수 증가, 100여시간의 일조시간이 감소된 것으로 나타나 용담호 조성이 두 지역에 각기 다른 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다.

영문 초록

This study was carried out to evaluate the change in local meteorological environment according to the Yongdam lake construction by using meteorological data analysis. The meteorological data analysed are wind direction, temperature, humidity, precipitation, foggy day and sunshine time. The meteorological data before (1988~1992), under (1993~2000) and after (2001~2003) the lake construction were analysed for the weather stations around the lake area, such as Keumsan and Jangsoo etc.. As the effect of Yongdam lake, the wind direction near the lake changed from west in the past to north wind. While the change of average temperature were not observed, the temperature deviation between maximum and minimum temperature was lessened to 20 ℃ as the effects of the lake from 30 ℃ before construction. In Keumsan area, down the lake, the decrease of humidity and about 1.5 times increase of foggy day were observed. On the contrary, 10% increase of humidity and the increase of foggy day for about 100 days were observed in Jangsoo area, upstream the lake.
