국문 초록

본 연구에서는 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 생산혁신기법들의 통합적 운영과 지속성이 생산성과와 경영성과에 미치는 영향력을실증 분석하였다. 국내 중소기업을 대상으로 실시한 본 연구를 통해서 의사결정도구를 제외하면 생산성과에 의미 있는 직접 영향력을 미친다는 것을 파악할 수 있었다. 또한 생산혁신기법의 지속성과 관련하여 프로세스 개선도구와 문제해결도구에서의 운영기간이 길수록 높은 생산성과를 기대할 수 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 또한 통합적 운영수준이 높을수록 연구모형의 적합성이 높아 생산혁신기법을 통한 생산성과 및 경영성과의 긍정적 성과를 기대할 수 있는 가능성이 높다는 결론을 제시할 수 있다.

영문 초록

With the uncertainty in today’s economic environment and the ever-changing demands of consumer preferences, the value of implementing advanced manufacturing techniques has significantly increased, particularly for small- and medium-sized businesses Using the results from this paper, manufacturing managers will have a better understanding of how to undertake a successful implementation of PITs by considering the complementarities between the types of PITs in their industry and by their condition. Managers will also gain insight into how to gain efficiencies from existing technology by using the resulting lattices and complementarities in order to maximize the productivity and profit values in further PIT investments. This paper offers empirical insight into why implementations of PIT tools and advanced manufacturing techniques have historically failed and provides some enlightenment into how to overcome obstacles to the implementation of their process innovations. The solutions for overcoming these obstacles are integrated operations and persistent application.
