한국산 물거미(Argyroneta aquatica (Clerck, 1757))의 생태학적 고찰

국문 초록

물거미는 굴뚝거미과(Cybaeidae)에 속하는 희귀거미종이다. 경기도 연천군 은대리 864번지 일대의 물거미 서식지는 천연기념물 제 412호 (1999. 9. 18)로 지정되었다. 일본의 거미학자 K.Kishida 와 S.Saito가 일본 동물도감(1927)에 한국산 물거미가 분포지로서 한국이 기재 되어있을 뿐 표본이나 기록이 없어 그 존재 여부가 의문시 되어왔다. 물거미는 전 세계에 오직 1종만이 존재하며 한국, 일본, 중국, 유렵 구북계, 중앙아시아, 시베리아 등지에 분포한다. 물속에서 특이한 돔형의 공기방을 만들어 서식하고 있는 생태학적 특성과 공기방을 만드는 과정을 심도 있게 고찰하였다.

영문 초록

Argyroneta aquatica that belongs to Cybaeidae is a rare species in the world. It is known as the water spider that spends their whole life under the water. An Argyroneta aquatica's habitat was found in Gyeonggi-do Yeonchoeon-gun Eundae-ri around 864th Street where this area became as natural monument No.412 of Korea (18th, September, 1999). Argyroneta aquatica is recorded in an illustrated guide to Japanese fauna(1927) by Japanese spider scholar K.Kishida and S.Saito. But existence of Korean Argyroneta aquatica has been wandered because there have been no data and specimens. Argyroneta aquatica is only a species in the world and it is indigenous to Korea, Japan, China, Europe, Central Asia, Siberia and so on. This study shows ecological trait of Argyroneta aquatica by observing how it lives under the water and how it makes the dome shaped air bell.
