불확실한 환경에서 구매사의 노력과 공급 유연성이 구매성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증 연구

국문 초록

유연성은 단 시간에 적은 비용과 노력으로 급변하는 환경에 신속하고 효과적으로 대처할 수 있는 능력으로 현대 기업에게 매우 중요한 전략적 요소라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 불확실한 환경 하에서 구매사의 노력과 공급사의 유연성이 기업의 구매공급성과에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 이를 위해 국내 제조기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 환경의 불확실성에 대한 인지도가 구매사의 노력과 공급 유연성 향상에 미치는 인과관계 및 구매공급성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증분석을 하였다. 연구결과 환경의 불확실성에 대한 인지도가 높아짐에 따라 구매사의 노력과 공급 유연성은 증대되고 구매사의 비용성과 또한 향상되었지만, 구매사의 노력은 공급 유연성에 오히려 부정적 영향을 나타내고 대응성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하고 있음을 발견하였다. 한편 공급 유연성은 비용성과와 대응성과 모두에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

Flexibility is an important strategic dimension, denoting the capability to respond and adapt quickly and effectively to environmental changes with least costs and efforts. Therefore, this study intends to explore the effect of the buying company's efforts and supply flexibility on purchasing performance under environment uncertainty. In doing so, we conduct an extensive survey of domestic manufacturers to investigate the relationship between perceived environment uncertainty and the buyer's efforts and supply flexibility and their effect on purchasing performance. The study results show that as perceived environment uncertainty increases, both buyer's efforts and supply flexibility improve, while the buyer's efforts negatively affects supply flexibility and does not exhibit statistically significant impact on cost performance. It also reveals that supply flexibility positively influences both cost and responsiveness performance.
