영문 초록

Legal Issues in medical service information, and individual right to control the circulation of information relation to oneself. The private information protection law and the private protection law by the executive branch lack a particular policy to protect the individuals' privacy on medical information. Especially, Legal Issues of medical service information, medical record, lDsurance, employ,nent, Genetic technology including genetic test and screening, gene therapy and genetic enhancement is developing rapidly. There is a great concern that the mischiefs of genetic technology may outstrip its benefits. In addition, another Question has been raised who should benefit from the development of genetic technology. enterprise that offers consumers commodlties or services is checking problem about customer information of management system is checking problem about customer information of management system essentially. Also, in Korea and Japan, the law bout indiviual informaion protection of administrative machinery is already made, And th law abut finance enteprise like bank or communication enterprise i being made. in addtion, basic law of individul information protection about genral compny is beinunder examinaion. Expeclly, medic service information can be divided several grade by infringement degree.
