국문 초록

본 연구는 연계 개념을 근거로 대학이나 그 주변 타운에서 연계 동력간의 역학구조를 설계하여 이를 중심으로 가능한한 개인이나 대학 더나아가 타운 그리고 세계로 확대할 수 있는 연계스쿨캠퍼스커리어타운을 설계하려는 의도가 있다. 이러한 타운을 운영하는 과정에서 대학인이나 타운의 주민들은 자연적으로 계속 연계구조를 새롭게 재구조화하는 과정에서 무형의 정보· 지식· 기술· 가치 등을 유형화시킬 수 있는 사례들을 제시하고 있다. 다시 말해서 첫째, 16명의 저자들의 저서에서 나타난 관련 영역에 대한 무형의 정보`, `지식, 기술, 가치 등을 타운설계의 자재로 설정해 놓고 이를 다양한 특성의 타운을 설계하는 과정을 통해서 역시 대학인과 타운의 주민들은 스스로 고부가가치의 인재로 창출될 수 있기 때문에 무형적 특성의 대학을 유형적 특성의 대학으로 그리고 타운으로 설계하는 과정을 통하여 타운도 대학도 연계하여 설계하고 개인의 고부가가치를 지닌 인재로 창출하는 연계효과를 지적하고 있다.

영문 초록

I. Introduction I am sure that, changing certainly toward the general trends to the creation of information and knowledge for the preventive approaches for the information and knowledge in the future, the connected school-campus town will be organized informally between all level schools and the colleges (or universities). Accordingly, the national policy of the school age will be expanded to all citizens. At the same time they are to be changed position from the non-productive age to the productive age for their maintenance of their own life themselves. And gradually from now they need to make their own information and knowledge through them. Such as their endeavor, they will be to be a professional for their life and to be a manpower bankers and creators for the nation and themselves. The Connected School-Campus Town will be going to be contributed to their public and private educatonal policy through their Business Intelligence themselves. Therefore we are going to be a globalization power in the 21C world. At this points, I have made of some scenarios for making of information and knowledge creation town for the professional citizens. II. Characteristics of this Study The characteristics of the 21st Century are to be functioned as an index of the global venture citizen. First, ‘web’ itself is gradually constructed by an information technology philosophy. According to this, all of the people is to be formed their individual thoughts(‘I’ Philosophy). Second, through the process of the‘web’philosophy is moved by the‘wire’('computer') to the‘wireless’(mobile media mode)philosophy,‘web’center is located into our home(space). There is a great deal of change from static to dynamic behavioural order in our home. In other word, we have had the place of our home as a place for our relaxation, but surprisingly our home (space) has function as an place for our business working. Francis Fukuyama had noted the following fact that our family system was disrupted through the social capital. But fortunately our home is increasingly recovered for its order as the place of‘family relaxation and family business’ by the ‘web’. Perhaps, these changeable family system will be ten years after 2010 by Frank Feather. His speaking is coming to us closely. Setting of Liaison Institution between High School and University ‘Web’ is making of the universe, 'We Are The World.' It is simillar to our body organism. At the reason of that, the 21st Century could be called of that it is only a job to find some liaison system between high school and university. Then, why are they not having of the links among them? Is it because of not having of the web between both of them? 1. Now we are looking for the research findings of the web function as an liaison school function of the prevention of crash between both of their different cultures between‘academic freedom’for the university and ‘field education’ for the high school. Their liaison school systems, that will be future through our best doing, will play as an trouble-solving broker for the university entrance examination system. 2. Liaison models, as the global venture citizen program strategic, are developed, by Prof. Hyang San, Ryu : 1) through the liberal arts educational curriculum, 2) through the performing arts curriculum /writings related contens to liberal and social science /natural science products exhibits, 3) through the empirical experiment of the training courses for the high school students' life theme references. At this points, I will show the example, Magnet Schools of the Theme References on Magnet Program. Magnet schools have their own unique teaching method for their students and parents individually learning activities. There are different styles for their learning according to their students' levels. So the magnet schools have many different teaching methods in the action research.
