디지털팩토리를 이용한 제조공장 진단 시스템 구축

국문 초록

본 연구는 제조업체의 불필요한 낭비요인을 3D 시뮬레이션 모델인 가상공장, 즉, 디지털팩토리를 이용하여 4M(Man, Machine, Material, Method)중심으로 생산낭비요인들을 발견하고, 적절한 개선대안을 도출, 검증, 적용할 수 있는 제 조공장 진단 시스템 구축 방법과 활용에 관한 내용이다. 또한, 제안된 제조공장 진단 시스템을 국내 실제 화장품 용기 조립공장에 적용하여, 공정 간 생산 불균형 해소, 설비성능 향상, 작업표준 재정립 등 다양한 개선 대안을 도출, 검증, 적용하는 과정을 보여준다. 결과적으로 화장품 용기공장은 제조공장 진단 시스템 활용을 통하여 11.5%의 생산성 향상 효과를 거두었다.

영문 초록

The construction method of the enterprise customized digital manufacturing system that is using the concept of the digital factory can seek out the unnecessary waste elements in the current production system. It is a technology which improves continuously the production and manufacturing process to be best, makes the production scenario of high effectiveness in advance, and supports the virtual production learning of workers. In this paper, as a case study, focusing 4M(Man, Machine, Material, Method), the digital factory technology is applied to the pump assembly line of the cosmetics container production. This study shows the problems which are derived from the current production system, gives the improvement of throughput. Using the 3D simulation technology for the assembly lines, the best manufacturing system is derived and the productivity increase is proved.
