국문 초록

본 연구는 민간경비원의 업무수행조건을 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 민간경비원의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 소속감과 직무태도는 부분적으로 차이가 있다. 성별에 따라서는 남자가 여자보다 높고, 학력은 고학력일수록, 월소득은 고소득일수록 소속감과 직무태도는 증가한다. 둘째, 민간경비원의 업무수행조건에 따라 소속감과 직무태도는 부분적으로 차이가 있다. 근무경력과 직무유형은 차이가 없으며, 근무직위는 일반사원에서 소속감과 직무태도가 높다. 셋째, 민간경비원의 소속감이 증대될수록 직무태도는 긍정적인 방향으로 변화되어진다.

영문 초록

The conclusions of this study drawn from the data analysis through the methods and the process mentioned above. First, According to the populational and social character, the belonging and the job attitude has partial differences. Men is higher than women for the gender, higher in high educational people for the education, higher in the rich for the monthly incomes through the belonging and the job attitude. Second, According to the work performance conditions, the belonging and the job attitude has partial differences. There is no difference between the work's career and the working type, higher in the normal member for the position of working through the belonging and the job attitude. Third, The job attitude is changed to the positive direction when the belonging is enlarged.
