국문 초록

본 연구는 한국에서의 농산물 전자상거래의 개선 방안을 탐색적으로 분석한 것이다. 현재 농산물 전자상거래를 실시하고 있는 농민을 대상으로 인터뷰를 통하여 문제점이 무엇이며 어떤 것들을 보완하여야 하는지에 관하여 분석하였다. 현재 농가별로 매우 많은 사이트가 구축되어 있어서 농산물 전자상거래를 할 수 있는 시스템은 어느 정도 구축되어 있으나 이를 직접 실행에 옮기고 관리할 수 있는 인력이 거의 없어서 제 기능을 제대로 수행할 수 없는 실정이다. 또한 각종 제도적 지원체제도 미비하여 소기의 성과를 거두기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 농산물 전자상거래의 성과를 거두기 위한 개선 방안을 도출하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

This study focuses on the limits and improvement methods of agricultural electronic commerce with cases in Korea mainly 4 standpoints of views(cyber farmers who sells agricultural products with electronic commerce, civil distributors who operates the agricultural special malls feom 2005, web agency’s representative who makes cyber shopping mall and home pages, general staff who shares common experiences on the informatization education with farmers and officers taking charge of informatization). The data from their points of views were collected and benchmarked with each other turned to be new one. When building new shopping mall with new system from those data, the possibility of success will be higher. Also if adjusted new proved methodology, labor cost will be lower, volumes and net profit will be higher, net profit can operate the cyber exchange itself.
