미술활동을 통합한 유아 셀프리더십 프로그램이 유아의 셀프리더십과 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아에게 셀프리더십에 관한 다양한 활동으로 구성된 미술활동 통합 유아 셀프리더십 프로그램을 개발하고, 이를 적용한 후 유아의 셀프리더십과 자기효능감 증진에 효과가 있는지를 알아보는 것이다. 본 프로그램의 핵심적인 내용은 유아 셀프리더십의 구성요인인 행동전략, 보상전략, 사고전략의 3개 영역과 각 영역에 해당하는 7개의 하위요인이다. 본 연구결과, 유아 셀프리더십 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 유아들은 통제집단의 유아들보다 유아 셀프리더십과 자기효능감의 수준에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 본 연구자의 미술활동을 통합한 유아 셀프리더십 프로그램이 유아 셀프리더십과 자기효능감 증진에 효과가 있음을 의미하며, 유치원 교실에서 유아의 셀프리더십 및 자기효능감 증진을 위해 효과적으로 적용할 수 있는 교수․학습방법임을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine how the self-leadership program integrated with art activities affects on young children’s self-leadership and self-efficacy. The subject of this study were 56 five-year-old children who were enrolled in the Kindergarten. The subject were randomly placed into two groups: experimental group with 28 children and control group with 28 children. The self-leadership program for young children composed of the principle of composition, the purpose of and the goal, the composition of curriculum, teacher-learning method, and the role of a teacher, and evaluation. The program has been applied into young children’s learning twenty-four times for twelve weeks. Data were collected by collected by teacher’s rating scales of children’s self-leadership(Chio, 2009) and Young children’s self-efficacy test(Cheon, 1996). The data were analyzed by ANCOVA. The result showed that the self-leadership program integrated with art activities for young children affected the improvement of both children’s self-leadership and self-efficacy.
