영문 초록

This study seeks method to improve cosmeticians' rate of change of occupation by surveying the satisfaction factor that they have while working and the caused for change of occupation. On the basis of this study, the following directions to improve the change of occupation of cosmeticians can be presented. First, it is very urgent to improve the wage system. Second, it is required to improve the working hours. Third, it is urgent to improve the problem of cosmeticians' human relation. Fourth, it is required to make intensive investment to the welfare of cosmeticians.
