어린이집 부모의 보육만족도에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 보육인지도와 보육만족도를 가가 4가지의 요인으로 구분하여 이를 개별적 특성들(연령, 학력, 직업, 보육시설의 선택이유)에 따라 자녀요인(자녀의 연령•자녀의 시설에 대한 반복 이용 여부)과의 차이점을 파악하기 위하여 가설을 설정•검증하였고, 보육인지도가 보육만족도에 미치는 영향의 정도를 규명하기 위하여 가설을 설정•검증하였다. 그 분석결과를 자녀요인, 그리고 보육인지도와 보육만족도의 관계라는 주제별로 요약하면 다음과 같다. 유아발달 배려요인에서 반복 이용하고 있는 가정(3.701)이 반복 이용을 하지 않는 가정(3.523) 보다 인지도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 자녀의 출생순위에 있어서는 인지도의 여유성/유용성 요인에서 집단간 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 둘째(3.801)가 보육시설을 이용하는 경우가 가장 높은 인지도를 보이고 있으며, 첫째(3.752), 셋째(3.638)의 순으로 나타났다. 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타난 여유성/유용성 요인에서 반복 이용하고 있는 가정(3.818)이 반복이용을 하지 않는 가정(3.521)보다 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 특히 나머지 요인들에 있어서도 반복 이용하고 있는 가정의 만족도가 반복 이용하고 있지 않은 가정보다 높게 나타나고 있다. 본 연구의 가설 검증에 대한 종합적인 분석은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자녀의 개별적 특성에 따라 보육인지도에 차이가 있을 것이라는 가설은 부분적으로 통계적 유의성이 있어서 부분 채택되었다. 둘째, 자녀의 개별적 특성에 따라 보육만족도에 차이가 있을 것이라는 가설은 부분적으로 통계적 유의성이 있어서 부분 채택되었다. 셋째, 보육인지도 요인이 보육 만족도 요인에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 통계적 유의성이 매우 높아 완전 채택되었으며, 보육상황에 대해 많이 알고 있을수록 보육상황에 대해 많이 만족하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 결론적으로 보육인지도 요인이 보육만족도 요인에 영향을 미쳤다.

영문 초록

Many studies on infant growth shows that infancy is an important period to determine physical, emotional, linguistic, cognitive and social development of man through his life. Previous studies on childcare are focused on a basic research to analyze the needs of childcare service and to understand its actual situation, but few on satisfaction on childcare of mothers who use childcare facilities. First of all, one should understand mothers recognitions and needs of infant education by their backgrounds to satisfy their needs of education and day care and to develop the development of infant education in quality. It will be also helpful to understand their recognitions and needs when it is thought to be important to consider regional characters and their views in deciding such as the ratio of teachers to children or teaching methods, the qualification level of teachers and human resources, the size of a classroom and composition of environment, Therefore, in this study, compared the cognizance of childcare, knowledge on the actual situation of childcare in an infancy to a day care center. And studied the satisfaction of childcare as a single item and it by individual characters. Finally, studied the effects on the relationship between the cognizance of childcare and the satisfaction of childcare. To achieve the purpose of this study, made a questionnaire survey for 13 day care centers at Kuro-Ku in Seoul. Also the same survey for 218 mothers respectively except for wrong questionnaires with omitted items or incomplete recording. Classified the cognizance of childcare and the satisfaction of childcare into four factors and set up a hypothesis and verified it in order to the differences with a mothers factor, a child factor, a facility factor by individual characters. In order to examine the effect of the cognizance of childcare on the satisfaction of childcare, set up a hypothesis and verified it.
