국문 초록
본 연구에서는 그림책을 매체로 하여 교사인 연구자와 부적응의 요소를 갖고 있는 유아가 오랜 시간 동안 서로 간에 신뢰를 가지고 개별적인 상호작용( 그림책 속에 들어있는 내용을 서로 이야기 나누고, 유아의 마음을 읽어주며, 또 유아는 자기의 속마음을 털어놓을 수 있는 인간적 상호작용) 을 통해서 사회적 적응행동 변화가 어떻게 일어나는지에 대하여 알아보는 데 목적을 두고 있다.
본 연구는 만5세의 유아를 대상으로, 연구 결과 교사와유아의 개별 상호작용은 유아자신에 대하여 좋은 감정을 갖게 되었고, 자아 존중감을 형성하여 주었으며, 다른 사람에 대해서도 좀 더 신중하게 생각하고 친근하게 대하는 사회적 적응 행동으로 변화를 나타냈다 따라서 유아의 행동 변화를 적극적으로 도모하고자 할 때 교사와 유아의 집단 상호작용보다는 개별 상호작용이 효과적이라는 점과, 교사는 유아 자신이 ‘행동의 변화를 이루어야 겠다’라는 의지가 작동할 때까지 사랑과 보살핌의 마음을 가지고 기다려주어야 하며, 유아기 어린이에게서 사회적 행동의 변화를 도모하려 할 때 그림책은 매우 유용한 매체가 된다는 점을 제시하고 있다.

영문 초록
The purpose of this research is to examine how social adaptation skills such as, Kindergarden adaptation, making friendship, and controlling emotions, change according to the individualized interaction between teachers and child from the education activity applying pictorial books. The significance of this research is placed on assisting kindergarden teachers to educate the child with the educational activity in a warm hearted and effective method.
For this, I selected a five year old child, who is troubled in adapting to the environment, excluded from friends, expresses emotion inadequately when he angry, and holds a weakness in social relationships. The observation and evaluation tools for the child’s social behavior is checked by the teacher, and the individualized interaction between the teacher and the child applying pictorial books that includes some content for social relation"s trouble and conflict is operated for 14 weeks.
The problems and results of this research are as follows, Is there any changes for child"s individualized interaction behavior from the teacher-child individualized interaction?
1. How does an child change for the relation with teachers?
For the educational inappropriate behavior from the teacher-child individualized interaction using pictorial books, the child showed changes in social behaviors towards teachers by being more prudence and friendly.
For this, I selected a five year old child, who is troubled in adapting to the environment, excluded from friends, expresses emotion inadequately when he angry, and holds a weakness in social relationships.
