The purpose of this article is to study the unity thought of Dongguiillche and inquire into its educational implications in the aspect of human education. The Dongguiillche unity thought contains educational implications such as awakening of self, formation of
personality, and practice of austerities in the aspect of human education.
The unity thought Dongguiillche emphasizes existing together, the harmony and balance of materiality. The thought of human respect is formed of the ideal of high education, a cooperative viability of nature that shows the one life of nature and human. Education does not stay in the making level of instrumental knowledge for welfare of human life in nature. It is understanding a existence that get respect. Therefore, education is thought role of train cooperative viability with human. This educational thought is comprehension of the attitude respecting for one life value with the heaven, the earth and a human as well as making the educational human image coexist with human.
Accordingly, educational meaning included in the unity thought of Dongguiillche that includes world historical universality is convinced that the whole world can united into one when God, nature and human become perfectly one as the human common called culture.
This paper describes to apply the unity thought of Dongguiillche to education. It discusses the ethical education of Three respects, life-esteem, existing together as well.
In addition, the education based on the Dongguiillche thought is very suggestive in that human would be devoted to others, be respectful to his elders, and recognize respect for himself.
