국문 초록

  본 연구에서는 기존의 멘토링 프로그램과 인턴쉽의 확장된 개념으로 기업의 멘토를 중심으로 학생들이 기업의 실제문제를 선정하고 해결하는 실무지향적 과정으로 기업에서는 맞춤인력을 확보할 수 있고, 참여학생들은 실무능력이 향상되어 취업기회의 확대를 추구하는 산학연계과정인 「프로젝트형 벤토링」을 통한 e비즈니스 인력양성을 위한 방안을 도출하고, 프로젝트 멘토링 제도의 시행을 통해 얻은 경험과 노하우를 인근의 대학과 중소기업들에 제공하고, 그 효과를 홍보함으로써, 국내 기업과 대학의 산학협력 표준 모델로 정착하는 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

영문 초록

  The Project Type Mentoring were connected in Mentoring programs with mentors from local businesses and e-Business community organizations. Caring Firm mentors help students link learning to the world of work. The Project Type Mentoring helps motivate students to succeed in college and getting employment.
  This Type of Mentoring is a convenient way to get students and corporate employees matched in mentoring relationships. And, the program model is flexible so professors and business partners shape the program to fit their needs. in the concrete, The Project Type Mentoring model is simple: One student is matched with one mentor. Students and mentors exchange weekly e-mail messages. Face-to-face meetings provide a personal connection. Professors provide specific assignments that direct e-mail communications. Successful Project Type Mentoring programs require that college and corporate partners must be committed to creating and managing an effective program.
