영문 초록

  The purpose of this paper is to allow the execution of stream-enabled software on desktop or portable computing device while streaming from the server may still be in progress. In Java applet implementation, the typical process of downloading the entire program is eliminated. a virtual file system installed in the client that is configured to appear to the operating system as a local storage device containing all of the application files to be streamed required by the application. In this system, overheads from a virtual file system may be too high for some embedded device to support. In the paper, The design of software On-Demand Streaming system for distribution.
