국문 초록

  치악산 계류에서 1996년 5월부터 1997년 8월까지 6회에 걸쳐 강우기에 식물플랑크톤 군집 변화를 파악하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 9개 정점에서 관찰된 식물플랑크톤 분류군은 총 111종군으로, 각 분류군별 출현비는 규조류 50.5%, 녹조류 36.9%, cyanobacteria 3.6%, 기타 편모조류가 9.0% 이었다. 식물플랑크톤의 현존량은40 cells/㎖에서 2,481 cells/㎖의 범위로 낮은 수준이었다. 우점종들은 Achnanthes sp., Stephanodiscus hantzshii, Fragilaria construens, Nitzschia sp. Nitzschia sp., Gomphonema sp., Navicula placentula 등 이었다. 식물플랑크톤의 종다양성과 균등도는 높은 수준이고 우점도는 낮아 매우 안정된 생태계임을 시사하고 있다. 집괴 분석한 결과 전반적으로 정수역과 유수역 두 개의 수역으로 구분되었다.

영문 초록

  To analyze the structure of phytoplankton community of the Mt. Chiak Stream in rainy season, samples were collected 6 times from May to August in 1996. A total of 111 phytoplankton species were identified from the samples of 9 stations. Diatom dominated the phytoplankton community, accounting for 50.9% of species number, followed by Green algae (36.9%), cyanobacteria (3.6%), and other flagellates (9%). Standing stocks of phytoplankton were very low in the range of 40-2, 481 cells/㎖. Dominant species were Achnanthes sp., Stephanodiscus hantzschii, Fragilaria construens, Nitzschia sp. Nitzschia sp., Gomphonema sp., Navicula placentula. Species diversity and evenness of phytoplankton community were very high, dominance index was very low. It showed that Mt. Chiak stream ecosystem was very stable. The cluster analysis identified two different regions of lotic environment and lentic ecosystem in the Mt. Chiak Stream.
