영문 초록

  To obtain a various old -age income, we should construct an income guarantee system to maintain a basic level and reduce an unvisible area or the old-age income while the nation guarantees an income at least. We should make an appropriate income for aging people to prevent a poverty. There are several methods that are the early settlement of the retirement pension and the personal pension"s activation.
  We have the reasons that are a rapid entrance to aging society, a variety of the labor market, and the insufficiency of the old-age income guarantee system and the imperfection of the allowance system. So we have started the retirement pension plan since December 2005. There are some improvement plans. First, revise upward the reserve ratio about the retirement pension plan. Second, it is necessary the introduction of the payment guarantee system to strengthen the demand and supply guarantee. Third, a variety of the retirement pension system will be possible that the user and the worker can choose a complete system.
