  The present assay is a research about "A cheerleader"s duty and role, teamwork and her effect on the fans." The hole every day life is involved in the in the high tech routine, so let"s describe the cheerleader"s role on a utopian telecommunication base; a specified location, where a sender meets an addresser. Both parties are becoming ore through sharing joy and happiness and this formation or better communication connection is happening when the Cheerleader enters the location. A Cheerleader is a so called "Living moving commercial", whose job is to give direct informations to the consumers. The work of the Cheerleader is multilateral, because their working surrounding and atmosphere is always different. While changing the working area the subject and the audience always changes and the job of a Cheerleader is to adapt themselves as well as their behavior to the new audience and surrounding. Cheerleaders do have good suppositions, but theirreputation in the Korean society is not that well. Their work is not been accepted as a profession, it is seen more like an amusement for the audience and the society. The following analysis shows the main differences between dependence and independence. The demography shows, that there is a difference between getting independent and being dependent in scholarship, study major, official title, monthly salary, working experiences. There is also a difference in ore"s satisfaction inofficial title, monthly salary, working experiences. A sensitive difference in between the teamwork are study major and monthly salary. The statistic also shows that dependence and independence have a high teamwork satisfaction.
  The result of the dependence independence analysis shows, that working satisfaction and teamwork do have a great influence. The result of this research shows, that the Cheerleader"s duty, role and teamwork are effective, but the research also shows, that a connection between a passive study and the actual life has still to be found to change the reputation of the Cheerleader. A sample for this so called "Connection Bridge" could be as follows:
  A Cheerleader has to be taught about the Structure and System not only by researches or studies they have to be taught by real life; by reality. Furthermore there has to be find a way, to change the social default values the Korean society into a much more open minded one, where values like one"s passion and effort are important and time limit does not exist. Last, it is important to change the reputation of a Cheerleader from an easy "amusement" into a professional worker and that a Cheerleading gets the recognition of an exacting sports and being a glamorous, charming and fascination dancer, responsible for public relations and marketing.
