영문 초록

  In our country. Free exercise has started to be spread with the inflow of Western culture, and has been influenced a lot by the German gymnastics, Swedish gymnastics and Danish gymnastics which are an European style and also called the world three gymnastics.
  Especially, Denmark has dispatched a mission for gymnastic exhibition and given a lot of help to the development of our free exercise through an exhibition game. Under the rule of Japanese imperialism, the gymnastics with military purposes had been handed down though the school education, and its influence has been down till now after the liberation.
  In fact, Free exercise had been legislated with various change of title in a bid to the national health but the national gymnastics that was legislated and spread in 1997 has been used for about 20 years.
  For vitalizing the Free exercise that has been a little inactive due to the spread of Aerobics. there is a need for the legislation of the national gymnastics with modern and hopeful sense everybody can enjoy and use at this time preparing for the 21th century.
  Also, the buoyant, rhythmic and modern accompaniment music made suitable for the constituent principles of free exercise should be spread a lot.
