영문 초록

The National Intelligence Agency confessed its wrongdoing and openly apologized to the country. Furthermore, including unprecedented response to subpoena, it fully cooperated with the Public Prosecutors Office's investigation. Given the nature of an intelligence agency that highly values secrecy, this certainly was a surprising turn of event. The agency itself is trying to transform itself. Therefore, we should commend the National Intelligence Agency for its efforts at reform and further encourage it so as to avoid yet another X-File scandal.
