영문 초록

As a part of the biological primary investigation to the cultural laver fanns in coastal area of Gumgang estuary were investigated into a growth character and condition of cultural lavers on the poling net type and floating net type in Changhang, Maso, Biin and So-myon of Sochon-gun and Kaeya-do coastal sites, and all the laver culturing grounds were collected monthly during lavers culturing period from December 1991 to March 1992. Samples were taken randomly at each cultural grounds of laver, on the length and width of laver blades were checked about 30 individuals per IDem laver net unit. As quantitative analysis of culturing laver growth, length, width, blade shape, wet and dry weight were compared with by each culturing grounds, and statistical comparison between laver characters within sitess of laver cultural grounds analyzed significant difference among to the data of all cultural grounds deal with a statistical ananalysis by F-test. Length of cultural laver in poling net type of the A and B sites were 31.7-51.6mm and 24.S-57.4mm, in floating net type was C. D. E, F. G, H sites were 20.3-86.0mm, 21.S-7S.6mm. 27.6-57.7mm, 32.0~58.8mm, 39.1-70.9mm, 43.7-87.4mm. Width of laver in the A and B sites were 9.6-25.1mm and 14.4-26.4mm. in the B, C, D, E, F, G, H sites were 12.9-24.4mm, 1l.8-20.4mm, 18.2-25.6mm, 17.3-24.0mm, 152-20.3mm, 11.6-21.Omm. Blade shape of laver in the A and B sites showed 2.1-3.3 and 1.1-3.1, in the C, D, E, F, G, H sites showed 1.6-4.8, 1.2-4.5, 1.3-2.9, 1.6-3.4, 1.9-3.9, 2.2-62. Wet weight of lOcm unit in the A and B sites get to 2.16-5.22g and 2.53-S21g, in the C, D, E, F, G, H sites get to 2.68-S.77g, 2.02-4.86g, 3.42-4.90g, 3.35-5.32g, 3.67-5.30g, 3.48-4.86g. Dry weight of 10 cm unit in the A and B sites get to 022-0.76g and 0.34g-0.77g, in the C, D, E, F, G, H sites get to 0.27-0.92g, 0.35-0.97g, 0.42-0.71g, 0.42-0.86g, 0.50-0.84g, 0.51-0.68g. Buds in individuals per 10 em of A and B sites appeared 50 in March and 347 in January, 52 in March and 487 in December, in the C, D, E, F, G, H sites appeared 131 in February and 272 in december, 79 in February and 440 in January, 108 in March and 307 in December, 162 in February and 609 in December, 108 in March and 581 in December, 132 in February and 587 in January reached to the minimum and maximum in respectivly. Juvenile and adult lavers in individuals per 10 em of A and B site appeared 544 in March and 1,006 in January, 413 in March and 1,954 in January, in the C, D, E, F, G, H sites appeared 458 in March and 1,056 in January, 650 in Febuary and 1,248 in January, 531 in March and 1,011 in January, 486 in March and 1,160 in January, 513 in March and 1,256 in January, 782 in March and 1,035 in January reached to the minimum and maximum in respectivly.
