영문 초록

The rate control method for the Available Bit Rate(ABR) service has been developed in ATM Forum over Asynchronous Transfer Model(ATM). This paper proposes a simulation model of ABR traffic controls for practical implementation and design and optimum control parameters, and investigates its performance in accordance with ABR traffic control parameters. Also in this paper, and ABR feedback control models such as FECN(Forward Explicit Congestion Notification), BECN(Backward Explicit Congestion Notification), and BP(Backpressure) with RM(Resource Management) based ERPCA has been analyzed and characterized
