부모교육프로그램이 유아기 자녀를 둔 베트남이주여성의 양육태도에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 부모교육 프로그램이 유아기 자녀를 둔 베트남이주여성의 양육태도에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 U시와 Y시 지역에 거주하는 유아기 자녀가 있는 베트남이주여성 24명을 선정하여 실험집단과 통제집단에 각각 12명씩 배정하였다. 그리고 프로그램의 적용효과를 알아보기 위하여 실험집단과 통제집단 모두에게 양육태도에 대한 사전검사를 실시한 후 실험집단에게 2014년 10월8일부터 12월10일까지 매주 수요일 2시간씩 총 10회기로 구성된 부모교육 프로그램을 진행하였으며 프로그램 후 통제집단과 함께 양육태도 검사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석(frequency analysis)과 일원공변량분석(One-way ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 이상과 같은 과정을 통해 나타난 베트남결혼이주여성을 위한 부모교육 프로그램 적용 효과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 온정·애정적 양육태도에서 실험집단이 통계집단의 평균보다 높았으며 집단 간 차이는 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 부모교육 프로그램은 온정·애정적 양육태도를 향상시키는 데 효과가 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 공격·적대, 무시·무관심, 모호한 거부 등의 양육태도는 모두 유의미하게 감소하는 결과를 보였다. 결과적으로 부모교육 프로그램은 유아기 자녀를 둔 베트남결혼이주여성들에게 부모역할과 양육태도 향상에 긍정적인 효과를 가져 오는 것으로 나타났다. 어머니들은 이 부모교육 프로그램을 통해 한국사회에서 함께 살아가는 법을 배우고 자녀양육에서 자신들의 역할과 확고한 자녀양육의 기준과 목표를 설정하여 준비된 어머니가 되고자 하는 의지를 보이게 되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to find effects of Parent Education Program on rearing attitude of the Vietnamese marriage immigrant women with young children. 24 Vietnamese marriage immigrant women within the U city and Y city in Gyeonggi area were selected(12 experimental group, 12 control group) to conduct 10 theme-based programs every Wednesday for 2 hours from October 8 to December 10, 2014. While the 12 mothers in the experimental group received the 10 sessions Parent Education Program, the others in the control group did not receive Parent Education Program during this study. To investigate the effects of the program, the questionnaire of maternal rearing attitude were conducted before and after conducting the program. Collected data was analyzed using SPSS WIN 18.0 through frequency analysis and One-way ANCOVA. Through such processes, the effects of applying the Parent Education Program for Vietnamese marriage immigrant women are as follows. First, after applying the Parent Education Program for Vietnamese marriage immigrant women, warmth & affection attitudes were increased. Consequently, it can be inferred that the program is effective in improving maternal rearing attitudes. Second, after applying the Parent Education Program for Vietnamese marriage immigrant women, hostility & aggression, indifference & neglect, and undifferentiated rejection attitudes were reduced. In conclusion, the maternal rearing attitudes have changed more positively after Parent Education Program for the Vietnamese marriage immigrant women with young children. Mothers look squarely at the prevalent parental passion for children's education in Korean society and set unyielding rearing standards and goals to fulfill their responsibilities in raising their children in order to become mothers ready for their children's future growth.
