국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 정서조절 어려움을 경험한 기독 성인의 초기 부모애착과 정서조절곤란의 관계에 영향을 미치는 하나님애착의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 수도권 지역의 367명의 기독 성인의 데이터를 활용하였고, 초기 부모애착과 정서조절곤란의 관계에서 하나님애착이 매개하는지를 알아보기 위해 위계적 회귀분석과 부트스트랩(Bootstrap)방법을 사용하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 초기 부모애착과 하나님애착은 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 나타냈고, 초기 부애착 불안 및 회피, 모애착 불안 및 회피는 정서조절곤란과 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 하나님애착도 정서조절곤란과 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 초기 부모애착과 정서조절곤란의 관계에서 하나님애착의 매개효과 검증 결과, 초기 부애착의 불안과 정서조절곤란의 관계에서 하나님애착 불안은 완전 매개효과를 나타냈다. 그리고, 부애착 회피와 하나님애착 회피, 모애착 불안과 하나님애착 불안, 그리고 모애착 회피와 하나님애착 불안의 나머지 3개의 조합에서는 모두 하나님애착이 부분 매개효과를 가진다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 시사점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to examine the mediating effect of attachment to God on the relationship between early parental attachment and emotion dysregulation of Christian adults who have experienced emotion regulation difficulties. The data of 367 Christian adults were analyzed through hierarchical regression analysis and Process Macro’s Bootstrap. As results, positive correlations were confirmed between early parental attachment and attachment to God, between early parental attachment and emotion dysregulation, and between attachment to God and emotion dysregulation. Furthermore, anxiety attachment to God had a full mediating effect on the relationship between early anxiety attachment to father and emotion dysregulation. It was also confirmed that attachment to God had a partial mediating effect in all three combinations: avoidance attachment to father and avoidance attachment to God; anxiety attachment to mother and anxiety attachment to God; avoidance attachment to mother and anxiety attachment to God. The limitations and implications were discussed.
