학습컨설팅을 위한 대학생 학습역량 진단도구 개발 사례: K대학 사례를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 K대학 특성에 맞는 학습컨설팅을 위한 학습역량진단도구를 개발하는 데 있다. 선행연구 고찰, 전문가 자문을 통해 영역 및 구성요소, 문항을 개발하고, 예비조사 및 본조사를 실시하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, K대학의 학습역량 모델링을 통해 학습역량 진단도구의 개발목적과 방향을 명확히 하고 학습역량의 정의, 주요영역, 소영역 및 구성요소를 도출하였다. 둘째, 학습역량진단도구는 3개 영역, 6개 역량, 16개 하위역량, 104개 문항으로 최종 개발하였다. 셋째, 학습역량진단도구 개발 결과를 기반으로 점수산출로직, 기술통계표, 프로파일 해석, 해석이 포함된 진단매뉴얼을 개발하였다. 본 연구는 학습컨설팅을 위한 학습역량진단도구를 개발하고 학습역량 진단에 따른 개인별 진단결과와 함께 상세한 해석과 처방을 제시하였다는 점에서 맞춤형 학습지원을 위한 토대를 마련하였다는 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a learning competency diagnosis tool for learning consulting suitable for K University characteristics. In this study, the areas, components, and questions of learning competency were developed through a review of previous studies and expert advice, and a preliminary survey and main survey were conducted. The results can be summarized as follows. First, through the modeling of the learning competency of University K, the purpose and direction of the development of the learning competency diagnosis tool were clarified, and the definition, major domains, small domains, and component of the learning capability were derived. Second, as a result of exploratory factor analysis, 17 sub-factors were reduced to 16 sub-factors. And as a result of the confirmatory factor analysis, the fit of the model was found to be good, so the learning competency diagnosis tool was established as 3 areas, 6 competencies, 16 sub-competencies, and 104 items. Third, based on the results of the development of the learning competency diagnostic tool, a diagnosis manual including score calculation logic, descriptive statistical table, profile interpretation, was developed.
