대학 실시간 온라인 수업에서 학습자의 인지된 성취도와 학습 만족도에 미치는 영향 요인 분석

국문 초록

2020년 COVID-19 팬데믹으로 인해 전 세계의 모든 학교들이 온라인으로 수업을 진행하였다. 온라인 수업의 형태는 실시간 온라인 수업, 비실시간 온라인 수업, 혼합형 온라인 수업 등으로 다양하겠지만 그 중 실시간 온라인 수업에서 어떠한 요인이 학습자들의 인지된 성취도와 학습 만족도에 영향을 미치는지 연구하였다. 본 연구에서는 학습자들의 인지된 성취도와 학습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 교수자 요인, 학습자 요인, 기술적 요인, 환경 요인을 척도로 구성하여 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 학습자들의 인지된 성취도에 영향을 미친 요인은 교수자 요인과 환경 요인이고, 학습만족도에 영향을 미친 요인은 교수자 요인과 기술 요인이었다. 이를 통해 온라인 수업 상황에서 가장 중요한 요인은 교수자 요인임을 알 수 있다. 본 연구를 기초로 교과목별 특성에 알맞은 교수자의 수업준비, 수업 내용 구성 전략, 학습자와의 상호작용 설계 등에 대한 지원방안을 마련해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Due to the Covid 19 pandemic in 2020, all universities around the world are taking classes online. Online classes may be of various types, such as real-time online classes, non-real-time online classes, and hybrid online classes, but among them, what factors affect learners' perceived achievement and learning satisfaction in real-time online classes were studied. In this study, the factors affecting the perceived achievement and learning satisfaction of learners were composed of instructor factors, learner factors, technical factors, and environmental factors as scales. As a result of the study, the factors affecting the perceived achievement of learners were the instructor factors and environmental factors, and the factors affecting the learning satisfaction were the instructor factors and technical factors. This shows that the most important factor in online classes is the instructor factor. Through this study, it’s necessary to prepare a support plan for instructors’ class preparation, class content composition strategy, and interaction design with learners appropriate to the characteristics of each subject.
