국문 초록

연구배경 : 평생교육의 확대와 성장의 선상에서 ‘학습자 중심’의 평생교육으로 패러다임이 전환되고 있으며 이를 위해 평생교육 학습자의 다양한 요구를 파악하여 평생교육 학습과정을 설계할 필요성이 있다. 연구목적 : 교육서비스제공에 있어서 고객인 학습자가 인식하는 품질 속성을 Kano모형을 통해 분류함으로써 학습자의 니즈를 파악하여 평생교육기관의 교육서비스 제공에 구체적이고 전략적인 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 평생교육서비스품질 관련 선행연구를 근거로 평생교육기관 학습자 및 교수자를 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 통해 평생교육기관 교육서비스 품질 요인을 도출한 후 Kano 모형을 통해 품질속성을 분류하였다. 연구결과 : 학습자의 교육서비스 품질 만족의 증가를 위해서는 교육의 물리적 환경의 관리와 성인학습자의 다양한 상황에 대한 배려, 교육내용 요인, 학습자의 다양한 상황을 고려, 다양한 교류와 네트워크를 형성할 수 있는 기회의 제공이 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 시사점 : 평생교육분야의 교육환경과 특성을 고려한 교육서비스품질 요인과 요소를 도출하고 Kano모형을 교육서비스품질에 적용한 연구를 통해 평생교육분야의 교육서비스품질 요인과 요소 도출과 Kano모형을 학습자의 니즈파악 측면에서도 활용할 수 있다는 평생교육분야의 선행연구로서의 근거를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Background : The paradigm is shifting to 'learner-centered' lifelong education on the line of expansion and growth of lifelong education. Purpose : To present specific and strategic implications for the provision of educational services by lifelong education institutions by identifying the needs of learners by classifying the quality attributes recognized by learners, who are customers, through the Kano model in providing educational services. Methodology / Approach : This study derived quality factors of lifelong education institutions through in-depth interviews with learners and instructors of lifelong education institutions based on previous studies on lifelong education service quality, and then classified quality attributes through the KANO model. Findings / Conclusions : In order to increase learners' satisfaction with educational service quality, management of the physical environment of education, consideration for various situations of adult learners, educational content factors, and opportunities to form various exchanges and networks by considering various situations of learners provided was found to be important. Implications : Derivation of educational service quality factors and elements considering the educational environment and characteristics in the field of lifelong education, and deduction of educational service quality factors and elements in the field of lifelong education through research applying the Kano model to educational service quality, and KANO model to learner's needs The evidence as a preceding study in the field of lifelong education that it can be used in the aspect of identification is presented.
