비대면 수업에서 대학생들의 학습양식과 학업성취도 및 학문적 자아개념의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 비대면 상황에서 학습자의 학습양식과 학업성취도 및 학문적 자아 개념과의 관련성 분석을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 H대학교 학생 165명의 자료를 분석하였다. 연구를 위해 사용된 도구는 Felder와 Solomon이 개발한 학습양식 검사(ILS: Index of Learning Styles), 학문적 자아개념 검사 그리고 학업성취도이다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습양식 분포는 감각형(81.8%), 순차형(73.9%), 시각형(67.3%), 숙고형(57.6%) 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습자의 학습 양식 중 언어형과 시각형 간에 학업성취도 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 학습자의 학습양식 중 감각형과 직관형 간에 학문적 자아 개념에 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 학습양식 중 언어형과 학문적 자아개념이 학업성취도를 유의하게 예측하는 변인으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted for the purpose of analyzing the relationships among learner’s learning style, academic achievement, and academic self-concept in non-face-to-face situations. For this purpose, data of 165 H University students were analyzed. The tools used for the study were the Index of Learning Styles (ILS) developed by Felder and Solomon, the Academic Self-Concept Test, and Academic Achievement. The study results are as follows. First, the prevalence of learning styles was in the order of sensory type(81.8%), sequential type(73.9%), visual type(67.3%), and reflective type(57.6%). Second, it was confirmed that there was a difference in academic achievement between the students with the verbal and the visual learning types. Third, it was confirmed that there was a differencee academic self-concept between the students with the sensory and the intuitive learning types. Fourth, verbal type and academic self-concept were found to be significant predictors of academic achievement.
