오차배제훈련을 적용한 국내 연구들의 특성에 관한 고찰

국문 초록

목적 : 이 연구는 오차배제훈련을 적용한 국내 연구의 중재 효과를 확인하고 연구의 특성 및 질적 수준을 확인하는 것이다. 연구방법 : 학술연구정보서비스(Research Information Sharing Service; RISS), 한국학술정보(Korean Studies Information Service System; KISS), DBpia 및 한국의학논문데이터베이스(Korean Medical Database; KMBASE)의 검색엔진을 통해 ‘오차배제’를 주요 키워드로 하여 최근 10년 동안 국내 학술지에 게재된 문헌을 검색하였다. 총 8편의 논문을 대상으로 중재 효과와 특성 및 질적 수준을 분석하였다. 결과 : 연구대상자는 치매 및 경도인지장애환자였으며, 독립변수는 오차배제훈련을 단독으로 적용하거나 오차배제훈련과 시간차회상훈련을 함께 적용하고 있었다. 종속변인은 회상성공률, 기억력, 집중력, 인지수준, 일상생활활동, 우울이었다. 8편 중 3편(37.5%)은 집단연구였으며 5편(62.5%)은 단일대상연구였다. 분석대상의 질적 수준은 무작위 임상시험연구는 “보통”, 단일대상연구의 경우에는 “중간” 수준이 3편(60.0%), “높은” 수준 2편(40.0%)이었으며 “낮은” 수준의 연구는 없었다. 중재 효과는 모든 연구에서 종속변수가 향상 혹은 증가를 보고하였다. 결론 : 본 오차배제훈련 연구들은 모두 중간 이상의 질적 수준으로 신뢰할만한 수준이며 치매 및 인지장애 대상자들에게 효과적인 중재임을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Objective : This study is to confirm the intervention effect of domestic research applying errorless learning training and to confirm the characteristics and quality level of the research. Methods : Errorless learning used search engines of the Research Information Sharing Service (RISS), Korean Studies Information Service System (KISS), DBpia, and Korean Medical Database (KMBASE) for the main keyword, and searched studies published in domestic journals in the last 10 years. Eight studies were analyzed for intervention effects, characteristics, and quality. Results : The study subjects were patients with dementia and mild cognitive impairment, and errorless learning training alone or errorless learning training and spaced retrieval training were applied as independent variables. The dependent variables were recall success rate, memory, concentration, cognitive level, activities of daily living, and depression. Three of the eight studies were group studies and five were single subject studies. The qualitative level of the analysis target was 'normal' for randomized clinical trials; in single-subject studies, there were 3 medium-level studies (60.0%) and 2 high-level studies (40.0%), and there were no low-level studies. Regarding the intervention effect, all studies showed an improvement or increase in dependent variables. Conclusion : All studies on errorless learning training were of moderate to high quality and reliable, and were confirmed to be effective interventions for patients with dementia and cognitive impairment.
