커뮤니티형 부모교육 프로그램의 사회적 임팩트에 대한 탐색적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 커뮤니티형 부모교육 프로그램이 사회적 임팩트의 관점에서 참여자들의 개인의 삶, 가족의 삶, 나아가 사회 안에서의 변화를 만들어가는 데 어떻게 이바지하였는가를 참여자들의 인식을 토대로 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 커뮤니티형 부모교육 프로그램 참여자 22명을 대상으로 인터뷰를 진행하고, 이를 질적으로 분석하여 탐색적 결과를 도출하였다. 커뮤니티형 부모교육 프로그램 참여자들은 개인적 차원에서 정신적·영적 건강, 신체적 건강, 타인과의 관계, 커뮤니티, 공동체, 취미생활, 커리어(진로), 재정상태와 관련하여 긍정적인 변화가 나타났다고 느꼈다. 참여자들은 커뮤니티형 부모교육 프로그램이 부모로서의 자신감, 만족감을 높이는데 기여한 반면, 양육 스트레스는 낮추었다고 인식하였다. 또한, 지지하기, 함께하기, 경청하기, 설명하기와 같은 건강한 삶의 모습이 가정 안에서 더욱 자연스럽게 나타났다고 응답하였다. 나아가 커뮤니티형 부모교육은 부모의 삶과 가정을 건강하게 만드는 데 도움을 주고, 사회와 공동체에 대한 믿음을 갖게 함으로써 커뮤니티 웰빙에 기여할 가능성을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate, based on the participants' perceptions, how the community-type parenting education program contributed to making changes in the participants' personal lives, family lives, and even society from the perspective of social impact. To this end, we conducted interviews with 22 people who experienced participation in the community-type parent education program, and qualitatively analyzed them to derive exploratory results. Participants in the community-type parent education program felt that positive changes occurred in terms of mental and spiritual health, physical health, relationships with others, community, community, hobbies, careers, and financial status at the individual level. The participants recognized that the community-type parenting education program contributed to raising confidence and satisfaction as parents, while lowering parenting stress. In addition, they responded that healthy lifestyles such as support, sharing, listening, and explaining appeared more naturally in the home. Furthermore, community-type parenting education helped to make parents' lives and families healthy, and confirmed the possibility of contributing to community well-being by building trust in society and community.
