국문 초록

디지털 트윈은 물리적 세계와 동일한 디지털 세계를 구현하여 실제 세계의 현상을 모니터링하고 미래를 시뮬레이션하여 최적화하는 4차 산업혁명 시대의 주요 미래 기술이다. 디지털 트윈에 대한 관심과 디지털 트윈을 구성하는 기술들의 급속한 발전에 따라 다양한 연구들이 이뤄지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 2018년 이후 최근 4년간 진행된 디지털 트윈 관련 국내외 기존 연구를 논문 유형, 관련 산업, 구현 단계, 그리고 주요 기술에 따라 분류하였다. 또한, 국내외 표준화 기구에서 진행하고 있는 디지털 트윈 관련 표준화 동향에 대해 조사하여 향후 연구 방향을 제안하고자 한다. 디지털 트윈 관련 연구는 여러 산업 분야에서 이뤄지고 있지만 실제로 디지털 트윈을 적용한 사례의 구현 단계는 디지털 트윈 모델에 속성 정보를 입력하여 단순히 3D 모델링으로 시각화한 1단계와 IoT 플랫폼을 통해 모니터링하는 수준인 2단계가 많았다. 디지털 트윈 실제로 구축한 사례에 대한 연구와 함께 진행되고 있는 일반적인 표준화에 기반하여 각 산업 분야마다의 표준화가 필요한 것으로 보인다.

영문 초록

Digital Twin is a major future technology in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution to monitor phenomena in the real world, simulate and optimize the future by realizing the same digital world as the physical world. Various studies are being conducted with interest in digital twins and the rapid development of technologies constituting digital twins. In this study, existing Korea and international papers related to digital twins conducted over the past four years were classified according to the type of thesis, related industries, implementation stages, and major technologies. In addition, I would like to propose future research directions by investigating the trend of standardization related to digital twins conducted by domestic and foreign standardization organizations. Although research related to digital twins is being conducted in various industries, there were many first and second stages, which are the level of replicating and monitoring reality. Based on the general standardization underway with research on actual digital twin construction cases, it seems necessary to standardize each industry field.
