국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년이 지각하고 있는 어머니의 심리적 통제와 청소년의 자기조절능력이 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해 충청남도 소재 중학교 1, 2, 3학년 총382명의 청소년을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 Pearson 적률상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 어머니의 심리적 통제, 청소년의 자기조절능력, 학교생활적응은 세 변인 모두 서로 양호한 상관관계를 가지고 있었으며, 어머니의 심리적 통제와 청소년의 자기조절능력은 학교생활적응에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 학부모 교육자료 개발의 근거를 마련하고, 나아가 남녀 청소년의 특성에 맞는 차별화된 학교적응 프로그램을 개발하고 실행하는데 도움을 줄 것이다.

영문 초록

The objective of this study is to examine how adolescents’ school adjustment is affected by their perceived maternal psychological control and self‐regulatory ability. For this purpose, 382 middle school students in their 1st, 2nd and 3rd grades in Chungcheongnam_do, were surveyed. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 22.0 through Pearson Ratio Correlation Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The conclusions of this study are as follows. The three variables, maternal psychological control, adolescents’ self-regulatory ability and their school adjustment, are positively co-related to each other and the maternal psychological control and self-regulatory ability have significant effects on adolescents’ school adjustment. The result of this study will provide the basis of the development of parent education sources, and furthermore, will help develop and implement a differentiated school adaptation program suitable for the characteristics of male and female adolescents.
