실시간 원격 수업에서 예비유아교사의 협업 툴을 활용한 토의 경험

국문 초록

본 연구는 실시간 원격 수업에서 예비유아교사의 협업 툴을 활용한 토의 경험을 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 연구 대상은 충청 지역 4년제 대학 유아교육과 3학년 학생 22명이다. 유아사회교육 과목에서 15주 동안 실시간으로 협업 툴을 활용한 토의 수업이 진행되었고, 설문과 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하여 예비유아교사의 경험을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 예비유아교사들은 토의 시 활용한 협업 툴은 다양한 기능, 다 같이 작업할 수 있는 동시성, 기록을 통한 재확인 등이 유용하다고 하였다. 둘째, 예비유아교사들은 협업 툴을 활용한 토의에서 각자의 성격 특성에 따라서 참여하고, 문제해결을 위해서 다른 조를 벤치마킹 하는 양상을 보였다. 셋째, 예비유아교사들은 협업 툴을 활용한 토의는 비대면 상황에서 참여를 촉진시키고, 실재감이 증진되는 등 차별성이 있다고 하였다. 효과적인 원격 수업과 미래사회의 유아교사를 양성을 위해서는 교수자들의 디지털 역량 증진, 예비유아교사의 개인적 특성 및 협력에 기초한 교수방법의 모색, 대학 차원에서의 체계적인 지원 등이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the discussion experience using real-time collaboration tools of preservice early childhood teachers in distance learning. The subjects of this study were 22 third-year early childhood education students at university in Chungcheong Province. The discussion using collaboration tools were conducted for 15 weeks in the Young Children for Social Studies course, and surveys and focus group interviews were conducted to analyze the experiences of preservice early childhood teachers. As a result of this study, first, prservice early childhood teachers thought that the collaboration tools used in the discussion were useful in various functions, simultaneity to work together, and reconfirmation through documentation. Second, they showed tendencies of participating according to their personality characteristics in discussions using collaborative tools, and benchmarking different groups to solve problems. Third, they thought that discussions using collaborative tools were differentiated because it promoted participation, and enhanced a sense of reality in non-face-to-face situations. In order to manage effective distance learning and foster preservice early childhood teachers for the future society, it is necessary to enhance the digital competency of professors, to seek teaching methods based on the personal characteristics and cooperation of them, and to be provided systematic support by university.
