국문 초록

본 연구는 카지노 기업의 코로나-19 팬데믹(Pandemic) 위기관리를 위한 대응지침을 분석하여 현장에서 감염병 위기대응 조치들을 실행하는 현장보안, 산업안전, IT보안, 서베일런스 조직들의 개별 역할에 대해서 고찰하였다. 이를 통해 현재 보안업무 조직별로 분담하고 있는 감염병 위기대응 업무수행의 효과를 높이기 위해서는 대응방안의 전문성을 확보해야 함과 더불어 해당 업무수행 조직의 대응역량과 전문성을 강화하고 원활한 업무목표 달성에 대한 방해요소를 제거하거나 업무별 중복으로 인한 혼선 및 비효율 발생을 차단할 수 있도록 경영 차원의 적극적인 지원이 선행되어야 한다는 것을 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 카지노 기업은 전문적인 평가에 근거하여 감염병 위기뿐만 아니라 기업 전반에 위협이 될 수 있는 요인에 대한 적합한 위기관리전략을 수립할 수 있을 것이다. 이것은 다시 기업이 감염병 위기를 포함한 복합적이고 다차원적인 위협요인별 특성에 맞춰 적절하게 대응할 수 있는 역량과 전문성 향상을 불러오고, 이는 다시 전반적인 손실예방 효과를 높이는 결과로 연결된다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed casino companies‘ response guidelines for managing the crisis of the corona-19 Pandemic and examined the individual role that implements measures to respond to the crisis of infectious diseases in field security, industrial safety, IT security, and surveillance organizations. Through this study, in order to increase the effectiveness of security tasks responding to the infectious disease crisis shared by each organization, it is necessary to secure the expertise of the countermeasures. Also, it was confirmed that active support at the management level should be preceded to prevent confusion and inefficiency caused by duplication and to strengthen the organization‘s response capabilities and expertise to remove obstacles to the task. Based on this, casino companies can establish appropriate crisis management strategies based on the professional evaluation of each risk factor that could pose a threat to the company as a whole as well as the infectious disease crisis and secure expertise in crisis response. It eventually increases the capabilities and expertise that make companies able to take measures on crises, including infectious disease crises, appropriately considering the characteristics of multi-dimensional factors, and this in turn leads to the result that prevents overall loss.
