경력단절여성 취업지원을 위한 온라인 직업상담사의 교육요구분석: G공공기관을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 경력단절여성 취업지원에 종사하는 온라인 직업상담사의 교육요구를 분석하여 이들을 위한 교육과정 설계의 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 첫째, 경력단절여성 취업지원을 위한 온라인 직업상담사에게 필요한 교육내용은 무엇인가? 둘째, 경력단절여성 취업지원을 위한 온라인 직업상담사의 교육요구는 어떠한가?하는 연구문제를 설정하였다. 연구대상은 경력단절여성 취업지원 업무를 수행하고 있는 G공공기관의 온라인 직업상담사이다. 먼저, 문헌연구와 개방형 질문, 그리고 전문가 평정을 통해 경력단절여성 취업지원을 위한 온라인 직업상담사의 교육내용을 파악하였다. 다음으로, 교육내용에 대해 실행도와 중요도 간의 차이를 분석하기 위한 t검정을 실시하였고, Borich 교육요구도와 The Locus for Focus 모델 결과를 중복 확인하여 교육요구의 최우선 순위군과 차우선 순위군을 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 경력단절여성 취업지원을 위한 온라인 직업상담사에게 필요한 교육내용으로는 총 4개 범주와 40개의 세부교육내용이 도출되었다. 교육요구의 최우선 순위군은 ‘비자발적 소극적 내담자에 대한 상담 유도’, ‘비언어적 메시지 파악’, ‘유연하고 개방적인 태도’ 등 10개 항목으로 나타났다. 교육요구의 차우선 순위군은 ‘상담협력관계형성’, ‘내담자의 호소문제 파악’ 등 7개 항목으로 나타났다. 이를 기반으로 시사점과 향후 연구에 대한 제안점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study has the purpose to analyze the educational needs of the online vocational counselors supporting employment for career-interrupted women and to confirm the decision of the education priority. Accordingly, first, the research questions were set up on what educational contents are needed for the online vocational counselors to support employment of careerinterrupted women, and second, what are the educational needs of online vocational counselors to support employment of career-interrupted women. The sample was online vocational counselors supporting the employment of career-interrupted women in G-public organization. To accomplish the purpose of this study, reviewed the literature on subjects, and found out the necessary education for the online vocational counselors in G-public organization through open-ended questionnaires. Also, 5 experts participated in the development of the online vocational counselors educational contents and survey questionnaires. As statistical analysis, t-test was conducted to screen the tendency of needs. Borich s needs analysis and the Locus for Focus Model analysis were used to decide priority of the education. The results were as follows. The educational contents required for the online vocational counselors to support employment of career-interrupted women were constructed 40 items in 4 competency groups. The highest priority among needs was 10 items and the second priority was 7 items. Based on these findings, this study suggested some implications.
