청소년 ADHD 증상교육 프로그램의 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 ADHD 청소년을 대상으로 증상교육 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과성을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구대상은 서울 소재 청소년 정신재활시설을 이용하는 청소년 33명(12-15세, 남자 27명, 여자 6명)으로 ADHD 진단을 받고 약물을 복용하고 있는 임상군이다. 참여자를 대상으로 프로그램의 전과 후에 ADHD에 대한 인식 및 태도의 변화와 학교 및 가정 상황에서의 문제행동에 대해 평정하고, 단일집단 사전사후 설계로 대응표본 t검증과 Cohen’s d를 이용하여 효과크기를 검증하였다. 분석한 결과 본 프로그램에 참여한 청소년들은 시행 전과 비교하여 시행 후 ADHD에 대한 인식과 태도가 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 긍정적으로 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 ADHD 청소년을 대상으로 한 증상교육 프로그램이 긍정적인 결과를 얻었음을 알 수 있으며, 표본집단을 늘려 증상교육 프로그램을 실시하여 추후 그 효과와 중요성을 재차 검증할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develope a symptom education program for ADHD clinical group adolescents and to verify its effectiveness. The study was conducted in 33 adolescents (12-15 years old, 27 males, 6 females) who are using mental rehabilitation facilities for adolescents in Seoul. Participants were evaluated for ADHD perception and attitude before and after the program, and the effect size was verified using t-test and Cohen s d as a single group pre-post design. As a result of analysis, the adolescents who participated in this program showed a statistically significant increase in perception and positive attitude toward ADHD after the program compared to before the program. Based on this, it can be seen that the symptom education program for the ADHD clinical group has obtained positive results, and it is necessary to revalidation the effectiveness and importance of the symptom education program by increasing the sample population.
