제7차 가정과 교육과정에 따른 학교 인성교육 내용 체계화 방안

국문 초록

이 연구는 가정과교육에서 인성교육을 체계화시켜 강화할 수 있는 방안을 마련하기 위하여. 제7차 기술·가정 교육과정의 가정과교육 영역에서 인성교육의 목표와 내용 을 분석, 제시하되. 가정과 수업상황에서 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 교수·학습 활동을 함께 개발하여 제시하고자 하였다. 그 결과. 제7차 기술·가정 교육과정의 가정과교육 영역의 모든 영역에서 인성교육이 구현될 수 있는 결과가 도출되었다 특히 가정과교육에서는. 첫째, 평등 및 인권존중의 가치와 관련한. 평등 가족 형성을 위한 인성교육. 둘째. 환경보호와 관련한 다양한 가치를 인식하고 실천할 수 있는 인성교육. 셋째. 길리건(Gilligan)등이 주장하는 보살핌의 윤리에 관련된 덕목들-즉. 자선. 자비. 용서. 우애. 사랑, 회생. 양보 대화. 타협 등의 가치들에 대한 인성교육을 실천할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다 특히 이러한 보살핌의 가치들은 과거 전통적인 가정과교육에서 비판되어 온 가족이기주의적 보살핌의 가치를 벗어나 타인과 이웃 공동체에 대한 보살핌의 윤리로 확대되고 있다. 한편. 다른 교과와는 차별적으로 가정과교육에서 수행되는 인성교육은 이상에서 논의한 다양한 가치들을 가족원들과의 일상적인 매일의 생활에서 펼쳐지는 다양한 실제적인 역할 수행관계를 통하여 습득시킴으로써, 단순한 앎의 지식이나 감정으로서 머무는 것이 아닌 경험을 통한 실천적 행위로 발전시킬 수 있는 특성을 가진다. 이러한 특성은 도덕적 행위의 목표도달에 가정과교육이 매우 유효한 역할을 할 수 있는 교과임을 입증해 주는 결과이다. 이 연구의 결과는 학교교육에서 가정과교육이 타교과와는 구별된 목표와 내용. 방법을 통해 인성교육을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 교과임을 입증해 주고 있는데. 이는 가정과교육이 학교교육에서 필수교과로서 자리매김 되는 중요한 당위성을 제공해 준다. 추후연구는 가정과교육 영역에서 수행될 수 있는 특성있고 실천적인 인성함양프로그램(교수-학습 활동안)이 개발되어야 하고. 이러한 프로그램에 대한 실증적 자료가 축적되는 경험적 연구가 수행되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study tried to suggest teaching and learning activities which can be effectively utilized in Home Economics Education by analyzing and suggesting The objective and contents of personality education in Home Economics Area in the curriculum of 7th Technology & Home Economics. As a result. personality education can be implemented in all areas of Home Economics Education. Especially in Home Economics Education. the following personality education can be implemented. First of all. it can teach the equality among family members by teaching the values of equality and respecting human rights. Secondly. it can teach to recognize and implement various values related to environmental protection. Thirdly. it can teach the ethics related to care which was claimed by Gilligan and other people in other words. charity. forgiveness. friendship. love. sacrifice. concession. conversation. compromise and etc. Especially these kind of values are extended to also the ethics of care for others. neighborhood. and community not only for family care which was the traditional Home Economics education criticized as family selfishness. On the other hand, personality education in Home Economics Education is different from other subjects. It enables students to act through experiences not just emotion or knowledge by learning actual relationships among family members in daily life. This kind of feature is proving the fact that Home Economics Education can playa very effective role in achieving the objective of moral behavior. The results of this study proves that Home Economics Education is an effective subject which can conduct personality education by the objectives and contents that are different from other subjects. This provides the reasonable cause for Home Economics Education to be an required subject in school curricula. Future study should be conducted as an empirical research to develop personality programs(activities for teaching & learning) which can be implemented in Home Economics Education and to accumulate empirical data of such programs
